I can't source my part
We want to help you get the part you need. If the part you need is obsolete and can no longer be sourced then we aim to help you.

If we don't already have the part you need available, please let us know and we will get back to you to see if it is something we can do for you.

We accept any part requests for obsolete items as well as bespoke/custom parts you may want designed and manufactured.
My part is broken
If you have the part you need but it is broken and/or damaged and you can't source a new one get in touch.

We will assess your part and let you know if we can make a new one.

HOW WE DEAL WITH YOUR REQUEST
- After receiving your request we will asses if it is something we can help you with. If more information is required we will liaise with you. We can often design the part with some details provided by you.

- If we require the part sent to us, we will inform you of this and arrange postage
​
- We will model/design your part on computer design software
​
- Your part will be manufactured using 3D printing technology. We have multiple 3D Printers available allowing us to manufacture a range of colours, materials and textures. Wecan also post process your part if an alternative finish is required.

- Your part will be posted to you ready to use
​
